So I thought I’d make an attempt and killing myself by food poisoning. LOL
*video at the end of the blog* 
We start with some basic stuff.. Mince, onions, sauces, vegies etc…
Fly the onions.. or Fry if your english…
Boil up some pasta…
Add Mince to pan with some of my yummy fav sauces..
Once nice and brown, add in the mixed veg
Let it be the cooking for the while…. *nods head slowly*
Add in the cheesy sauce..
and the pasta 
Let simmer for a while…..
Dish out….
Add sour cream and paprika
EAT!!!!!
