Tonights Dinner

Some pre-cooked chicken from the supermarket, a light salad, some fresh bread, olives, beet root (yummie yummie) and a little bit of cheese.

It’s enough, it’s light, and now I feel full. I have a bottle of diet Lemon Lime and Bitters, and I’m trying to keep warm.

I was thinking about buying a slow-cooker (crock pot), but am spoiled for choice, so can’t decide on what one is any good. Mind you, not just that, but also I can’t really cook either, but I’m told they are easy, just toss food in there in the morning, and by evening it’s ready and goodness filled. Assuming I remember to turn it on in the morning before leaving for work.

Tomorrow… who knows, I’ll surprise myself.
