Language and the usage thereof

Leave a comment Ok, so, it’s a givin that the language, any language can be complex, exciting, interesting, boring, and so on and on….
What is interesting, is, when at the start of a TV show (any show) they make comments like… “Warning, this TV show MAY contain the use of Language”…. ok… I’d really really hope that it does contain the use of language.
Another one I saw was “The language in this TV show may contain words that some viewers may disagree with” …. like… REALLY ?
Or… another one… “This show may contain language that is of a verbal nature”
I give up.
