So here’s an interesting thought. . I wonder if the president of the Philippines would consider going after the IS nutjobs that live in the Philippines. .. 

This article sadly shows they are alive and well trying to raise funds by kidnapping and killing..  

Why not treat them like the drug lords and go after them … 

Or .. is there a deal going on there between this wing of the IS and the government ..
